A large proportion of your enemies in waves of mobs leading to boss fights and the bosses themselves have damage that scales from attack. This debuff will reduce their damage by 25% or 50% depending on the strength of buff you use. Decrease attack is essential for good runs in Clan Boss and particularly useful against Ice Golem as he can ignore your defence completely.
