We are working hard to bring the best possible features to the site. The only way that we can do that is through time and investment in the site. Websites themselves have running costs, however, the biggest cost we have in the content that we are developing is time. Hellhades, Phixion, Lady H and the other members of the team are working around the clock to bring the best possible content on this website.
HellHades.com is not funded by HellHades Twitch or YouTube it needs to be a self-sufficient platform on its own. While we are able to make a very small amount from advertising on the site it is nowhere near enough to cover the man-hours to make this site grow at the rate that we want it to. So, with the communities support we have opened up Premium Memberships to help contribute to the development of the website.
Premium Memberships will not only support the website and its growth, we will also repay your generosity in any way that we can. Depending on the tier of subscription that you take on you will receive certain benefits for helping us grow the website.

No, not at all. All of our content, articles, guides and other features are completely free for public use on the website. We do not want to penalise people who are not able to support the website financially. Simply by using the website and helping us spread the word about it, you are helping us grow.
However, there may be occasions where we gate certain products for paid members for testing and development. In particular, the Raid Optimiser and Team Builder will initially be released under a closed beta that will be available to Premium Members. Over time we will release features for general use as they are tested and refined.
Use of the Raid Optimiser is available to any membership to the website, free or paid. Whilst core functionality will always remain free to use, certain features will remain a feature exclusive for premium memberships.
The Raid Optimiser Tool works through a system that will only work on the plarium play client so unfortunately, for now, it will only work on PC clients running plarium play.
No, you can cancel at any time by cancelling your subscription through PayPal. Your subscription will be renewed 1 calendar month after the day that you started.
Currently, we are only accepting membership payments through PayPal. In time we will open this up to other payment methods, however, for your security we would rather the payments were handled through a 3rd party trusted source at this stage. You are able to checkout as a guest with PayPal or sign up for a free account. We do not store any payment data on our website.

Google ads pay a very low income. Quite simply we want to be able to fund multiple people to work full time on the website and this is not possible by just relying on ads alone at this stage. With the support of our community, we can bring bigger and better things to the website every day!
