Raid Shadow Legends – Continuous Heal is a strong buff in Raid Shadow Legends to help your team stay alive over long drawn out battles. There are two strengths of heal both based on your champions MAX HP, this can be a heal for 15% or 7.5% of their HP when they take their turn. It is possible to remove these buffs or steal them with certain champion abilities. Pay particular attention to Faction War bosses who steal buffs from you as this can quickly cause you to lose a battle!
