Doctor Frank

I LOVE me some Dr.Frank! He brings more assists, healing and daze. The best part is his shield healing can over heal, yes thats right you can stack shield on top of shield. Without him in the Goblin team they just aren't the same. His kit is great and he can be used outside the Goblins!

Electric Shock

Level 1 – Deals 80% of Magic Damage to an enemy. A 20% chance to inflict Shock for 2 turns. If target is afflicted by Shock, they are affected by Daze for 2 turns.

Level 2 – Deals 100% of Magic Damage to an enemy. A 20% chance to inflict Shock for 2 turns. If target is afflicted by Shock, they are affected by Daze for 2 turns.
