Level 7 – Attacks the enemy 2 time. Each attack deals 260% Physical Damage. Consumes 20% Charge. For every 4% Charge consumed, gains a 10% chance to inflict Bleeding with each attack for 2 turns. If both attacks hit the enemy, inflict Bleeding and an Ability Block for 2 turns.

Mountain Fog

Level 1 – Attacks the enemy 2 times. Each Attack deals 90% Physical Damage. If the target is afflicted by Bleeding and an Armor Decrease, each attack restores 10% Charge.

Level 2 – Attacks the enemy 2 times. Each Attack deals 110% Physical Damage. If the target is afflicted by Bleeding and an Armor Decrease, each attack restores 15% Charge.

Level 3 – Attacks the enemy 2 times. Each Attack deals 130% Physical Damage. If the target is afflicted by Bleeding and an Armor Decrease, each attack restores 15% Charge. Gains Invisibility for 1 turn.

Level 6 – Attacks the enemy 2 times. Each Attack deals 230% Physical Damage. If the target is afflicted by Bleeding or an Armor Decrease, each attack restores 20% Charge. Gains Invisibility for 2 turns.

Level 7 – Attacks the enemy 2 times. Each Attack deals 275% Physical Damage. If the target is afflicted by Bleeding or an Armor Decrease, each attack restores 30% Charge. Gains Invisibility for 2 turns.

Tool of the King (Passive)

Level 1 – Gains 1% Potency for every 10% of Charge. Loses 10% Charge upon taking damage.

Level 2 – Gains 1% Potency for every 5% of Charge. Loses 10% Charge upon taking damage.

Level 3 – Gains 1% Potency for every 2% of Charge. Loses 10% Charge upon taking damage.
