Doom Tower Bosses
Doom Tower Bosses
The Doom Tower contains 8 bosses each with their own unique mechanics and skills that require you to build specific and challenging comps to beat the boss. Not every rotation will contain the same bosses and each time a boss appears in a rotation they can be of different affinities forcing you to consider if your current strategy and team composition will work.
Kuldath the Magma Dragon
Kuldath the Magma Dragon is a fiery dragon that will hit incredibly hard if you don’t approach the fight with a provoke champion. His kit revolves around him utilising Hex to hit a target extremely hard. He will ignore all defensive measures to Hex’d targets but you can take steps to control the Hex debuff. Read our full guide on how to beat him for full details!
Sorath the Frost Spider
Sorath is one of two Spider bosses in the Doom Tower. She uses her two spiderling allies to cleanse her of debuffs and to boost her attack. You’ll also need to watch her Passive Revive if you don’t bring a HP burn or Lydia! Finally she has an incredibly high Resistance Number unless you have placed HP burn so you will need to stretch your gear to get past this boss at the highest levels. Check out our full Sorath guide to learn about the best strategies to beat this floor.
Agreth the Nether Spider
Agreth loves poisons! At the start of the fight expect to be bombarded with Poisons that you will need to cleanse off. If you don’t Agreth will force all those poisons to instantly trigger dealing significant damage to your team. She brings 4 spiderling allies to the fight. Attacking these will place poison debuffs on you! What’s worse? All of these poisons are irresistible and cannot be blocked so you can forget bring Resistance or Block Debuffs to this fight! Check out our full guide to learn how you can beat Agreth!
Borgoth the Scarab King
Borgoth is a tanky old crab who’s perfected the art of damage reduction. The only way to crack his armor is to reduce his Max HP which can either be done through champion skills with Destroy Max HP or the more accessible route is using Destroy Artifact Set. Once you’ve got his MAX HP to 60% he’ll start taking full damage but at the start he’ll reduce your damage by 90%. Also, he doesn’t like if you attack without a shield – he’ll counterattack in retaliation which can get messy very fast! Check out our full guide on Borgoth including some solo strategies to beat this stage!
Iragoth the Eternal Dragon
Iragoth is the oldest dragon in Teleria and attracts many followers who both worship and protect Iragoth from foes who would harm him. Over the years Iragoth has acquired the ability to completely lock out enemy champion abilities. You need to be prepared to not use any active skills beyond your A1 or bring lots of resistance! He can hit quite hard with damage increasing on the number of skills you have on cooldown so you should plan ahead for that! Check out our full guide on how to beat Iragoth and his followers!
Grythion the Celestial Griffin
Grythion is Raid’s answer to an Enrage Mechanic (for anyone who’s played an MMO!). He will stack up Sky Bond passive stacks that progressively increase Grythion’s Attack, Critical Rate, Critical Damage and Speed and eventually will Ignore Shield, Block Damage and Unkillable effects. Time is precious against Grythion and he will take steps to speed up his stack gains so you will need a very specific team to beat him. Check out our guide on how to beat Grythion!
Bommal the Dreadhorn
Bommal the Dreadhorn is probably the hardest boss you will face in the Doom Tower. He loves bombs spawning DreadBomb allies that will hit you for a percentage of your champions HP and also places Bomb debuffs on your champions. His base stats are also incredibly high making resisting the bombs almost impossible without bringing a Decrease Accuracy debuff. Definitely check out our full guide on how to beat Bommel when he is in rotation!
Astranyx the Dark Fae
Astranyx is the ultimate Sorceress Supreme in Teleria. She has mastered the art of ethereal cloning taking copies of your champions and turning them against you. These mirror copies are exact replica’s of your heroes meaning the more powerful your team, the more powerful mirrors you will face. She makes the most of her new found allies and uses Ally Attack to dish out damage on your team. You’ll need to be careful about affinity – she will carry out different effects depending on the affinity she attacks and the quantity of those. Check out our full guide on Astranyx on how to approach and beat this boss!

I currently don’t have these champions and I’m stuck on lvl 50 I really need some help and advice
Also most of my champions are still at lvl 50 themselves
You should focus on getting more 60’s the doom tower is aimed at people who are further in the game :)
stuck on this in normal as i am only 120 days in and have 5-6 level 60s that dont have shield.
Tried a shield set? might help you a bit
floor 100 scarab king is driving me bonkers
i dont have vergis or metal shaper and it seems to be 2 weeks of banging my head against the floor 100 brick wall is on the cards again
im running miscreated monster, scyl, armiger, draconis and in the process of getting alure to 6 star
as soon as one of my champs misses the turn meter more so scyl (off affinity obv) the run goes a little pear shape – would switching out scyl and running a 2nd armiger work i might need to build that 2nd one in a destroy set
yew a couple of adjustments and i know have a floor 100 wiped
ended up running miscreated monster, alure, apothecary, armiger & rhazin
i tried 2 armigers but found as soon as the shield was broken the boss whipped me hard, ran rhaz instead and killed boss easily before shield broke
biggest changes i noticed were pushing mm & alure over 200 speed with mm 1st to place shield very handy then apothecary speed buff helped basically keep mm shield on the whole time. I didnt need to use bog down a lot but found rhaz more the heavy hitter chunking the damage for me.
alure and armiger controlled the turn meter well make sure both 100% crit
not a fast run but at 8mins 50 secs ill take that over losing lol
I have only Metalshaper but he’s not really in any decent gear to help with this.
Farming Dragon 20 to get better gear, hopefully I’ll be able to clear this soon (on Easy, I can’t pass the first wave of mobs at the 1st floor in Hard).
I should get Scyl today as daily login reward, that should beef up the team quite a bit once I level her up.
Borgoth is highly frustrating imo. I’m about 6 months in and am finding that my lack of gear is the issue.
I’m running Lyssandra, MM, Draconis, Coldheart and Armiger. Should wipe the floor with that damn bug but I find that I can’t get MM to be the fastest in the team with the gear that I’ve got, so eventually, the others get ahead and I have one turn where he counterattacks and my whole team is provoked and it’s gg. When I try to change the lead, then I cant turn meter control the thing. Very tough. Will need to grind out some better gear and silver to change it all around.
As of today DT season 3 Kuldaths passive also make him immune to Speed Decrease as well as TM reductions – so keep your Alures and Armigers in your Vault :-(
nevermind ….. it always was like that – this information is just missing in the description of the passive above
kuldath was always immune to TM
Why do you think MM is amazing against Borgoth? Because he has shield for 3 turns?
For me, he is horrible. MM attacks Borgoth and everyone has shield but then there’s Borgoth’s counterattack and he steal those shields.
put mm or somebody in a shield set to solve this problem
Any idea why my Royal Guard won’t use Takedown on the Nether Spider on auto even when decrease defense buff is up?
I’m so fed up with Agreth 90, norm, It is eating my lunch, have tried every combination of champions. I’ve got roughly 18 60s, and 15 50s, so have something to work with….Gear isn’t bad, not many fours, split 5s/6 stars. Watched every vid I can get that is post Agreth beefing, and just can’t seem to get beyond it. Last month, was two floors away from the top, and that ‘thing’ on 90 is just driving me nuts. Anyone in the same boat and found a viable team makeup that isn’t dependent upon scyl? My reliquary tender is 50 and not booked out on debuff removal(one freaking book short)…..even put her with lodric 50, and just can’t keep up with the heals, poisons, adds…..Tried one tactic i saw about HP burn, so used ultimate galek 60 in that, and it was ‘helpful’, but still can’t beat getting agreth to about 40% before wiping……Think they seriously went ballistic on buffing that ‘thing’.
Instead of creating new gear I would love to see better chances at getting the gear we already have. Farming Fire Knights castle stage 20 trying to get a decent set of shield gear. 20 times costing 320 XP not one single piece of shield gear. 9 different types of gear not counting item drops. Instead of increasing the levels create more dungeons and split the existing gear up. Also change the percentage of getting superior potions. Ran Force Keep Level 15, 32 times with out getting a single superior. Cost over 380 XP. Cost 300,000 silver to mix my own. As I’m trying to move up from mid game silver is scarce and farming good gear is nearly impossible.
No info for the griffon and eternal dragon? We are on the 2nd cycle of this DT…
I agree, it was here before this new layout of the site happened.
But since then the site has left out some great information that it USED TO Provide.
Not sure which site to get my information from now
Agreth can also be beaten by Drexthar attacking all spiderlings at the start and lighting them up. Then it is only waiting, healing and controlling Agreth’s turn meter till the spiderlings kill Agreth. Tested on normal, not sure if it works 100% on hard too.
Can we get a guide to the newer bosses please?
Any tips on beating the celestial griffin?
Please update your doom tower boss guides.
Hi AnimeJay, We’ve started releasing full rewrites of our boss guides! We are working on Rotation 1/2 Bosses but these are coming out in the next few days
The dark fea is destroying me…or rather I can seems to beat my own team so far. so I am stuck
I save all my CD’s for the boss, so basically A1 past the waves unless you’ve short CD’s. Then Arb goes first and my team nukes. Worked on the early levels so far
Hey Epsilon – we’re working on getting this guide out in the coming days to help
thanks. I will be on the look out. I did manage to finally use Pounder and Dark Elhain to trigger and kill my clones
Ok, so how i beat Dark Fae on level 40 was with a speed booster and then 4 AOE guys…doesnt matter who. (for the record, team was lyssandra, Deacon, MM, Kael, warmaiden) – all level 6…full masteries.
Auto the first wave. Then A1s the end of wave 1, and whole of wave 2.
On the boss wave use your speed boost and then nuke the bejesus out of everything. its not subtle but then again neither is plarium with trying to screw us over…so lets be having you!
when i say nuke the bejesus out of everything i mean focus on the minions using manual …then the boss.
I can’t get passed Borgoth. I had seen a YouTube video you had on how to use 2 elf guards and a metal shaper. I can’t find it now. Can someone tell me the layout I need to use? Or a link to that video please?
