Jingwon the Hand Stealer joins the Shadowkin as part of Patch 5.10.
This champion isn’t only the worst Void Legendary in all of Teleria, he’s probably the worst Legendary of all affinities. He is HP based and therefore his damage output is really low. His mechanics revolve around Decrease Accuracy and Decrease Critical Damage, both are which are relatively low priority debuffs outside of specific encounters you will face in the end game. His A2 on a 2 turn cooldown would be great except he extends 2 random debuffs by 1 turn so its almost impossible to ensure the debuffs you want to be kept on the target is the ones are that extended. Compared to Dark Kael who extends all debuffs on all enemies by 1 turn, its fairly embarrassing for a void legendary.
His passive does make him immune to most control effects but unfortunately you gain nothing from using his abilities and the effect to protect his ally on his passive is on a 4 turn cooldown.
Already this champion needs a rework – if you pull him put him straight into your vault and try not be depressed by your Void shard mercy!
