Perforator is a rare, Force affinity champion from the Dwarf faction. He probably couldn’t perforate a sheet of A4 paper so do not invest books or masteries on this champion.
If you are desperate he can hit pretty hard on his A2 and apply poison versus bosses and help in a Faction War team.
