Tormin the Cold
Tormin the Cold was added to Raid: Shadow Legends as a Fusion champion possible to collect in December 2019. A Void affinity legendary from the Dwarves faction, he was released in a state which crippled the Arena meta. Since then he has been nerfed however remains strong, and is still an active part of the Platinum arena scene.
Tormin’s strength comes from his passive! Every time the enemy team Buff or boost their turn meter Tormin has a chance to freeze them! This can be fatal and let to a surge of end game players farming Fire Knight for Immunity gear to deal with the Tormin freeze. Other than his passive the rest of Tormin’s kit is also effective at locking down an enemy team making his useful for dungeon content as a control champion.
Overall a very strong Void legendary!
Rimefire [DEF]
Attacks all enemies. Has a 15% chance of placing a Freeze debuff for 1 turn. Instantly activates this skill whenever an enemy under both a Freeze and a HP Burn debuff takes damage from the HP Burn debuff.

Does not work with effects from Artifact Sets, Turn Meter filling effects from Masteries, healing, or those buffs or effects that takeplace at the start of a Round.
