Blind Seer is a Void affinity legendary from the Dark Elves faction. Blind Seer was known as one of the weakest Void legendaries until the buff in September 2020. In those changes her revive ability was enhanced and her shield buff on her A2 was also buffed! This has made Blind Seer really viable in end game content, especially strong in Faction Wars with a full team revive with Block Damage buff placed on revived allies and in Doom Tower against Borgoth where her shield buff is critical.
Aside from these skills she also has amazing base speed and defensive stats. Now a great legendary.
