Ripper is a Force affinity epic from the Skinwalker faction. Ripper really lacks any genuine function in the game, his best content is in Doom Tower again Borgoth the Scarab King due to all of his abilities decreasing enemy Max HP. Outside of that encounter he is a vault dweller!
