Ogryn Jailer is a Force affinity rare from the Ogryn Tribe faction. He has a small amount of utility that can be helpful in waves of dungeons, Faction Wars and Doom Tower. The crazy thing about this guy is he has INSANE multipliers! Some of the highest in Raid. It does not mean you should invest loads of resources into him and it is difficult to justify where he should be used but if you need someone to hit hard, Ogryn Jailer hits as hard as anyone does single target!
The best use I can see for him is the Skullcrown Killer in Arena or as a great damage dealer and buff stealer in Faction Wars!

Level 7: Cooldown -1

Attacks 1 enemy. Damage increases by 20% if the target has no active buffs.
Level 2: Damage +5%
Level 3: Damage +10%
Level 4: Damage +15%
Level 5: Cooldown -1

Increases Ally ACC in Dungeons by 20
