Misericord raises her Banners to join Teleria’s ranks as part of the 2021 Christmas Fusion Event. Unfortunately this rare doesn’t really bring much to the battle with a single target Decrease Speed debuff and a single AoE. She does deal a decent amount of damage on her A2 similar to the level of a Kael so could be used as a good wave clear or arena damage dealer.
