Chancellor Yasmin is a Force affinity epic from the Banner Lords. Chancellor Yasmin was added to Raid in January 2021 as part of patch 3.2 with a similar but weaker kit to Sethallia from the same faction. Chancellor Yasmin has an A3 that can clean the enemies buffs and replace them with a sleep debuff and an A2 that can heal one member of your team. The A3 is great for Faction Wars and Doom Tower waves with waves of mobs with lots of buffs but will need accuracy to activate!
Be aware she has a poor auto currently and will A3 even when there are no buffs to remove.

Basic: Attacks 1 enemy.
Accended: Attacks 1 enemy. Places an extra hit if the target has no active buffs.
Level 2: Damage +5%
Level 3: Damage +5%
Level 4: Damage +10%
Level 5: Damage +10%

Heals an ally by 40% of their MAX HP. Heals by 60% instead if the ally has 50% HP or less.
Level 2: Heal +5%
Level 3: Heal +5%
Level 4: Heal +10%
Level 5: Cooldown -1

Has a 50% chance of removing all buffs from all enemies. Thenplaces a [Sleep] debuff for 1 turn on all enemies who have active buffs.
Level 2: Buff/Debuff Chance +5%
Level 3: Buff/Debuff Chance +10%
Level 4: Buff/Debuff Chance +10%
Level 5: Cooldown -1

Increases Ally SPD in all battles by 20%
