Deacon Armstrong is a Spirit affinity epic from the Sacred Order faction. Deacon Armstrong was added to Raid in January 2021 and was a great addition to the Sacred Order faction.
Deacon has great base stats and will be fantastic as your fastest champion or second champion in the arena capable of increasing your turn meter, decreasing the enemies’ turn meter, and dropping the enemy defense all in one set of moves! The same skills are useful almost anywhere in Raid and an A1 with leech will help sustain your team too!
Make sure you build enough accuracy to land his abilities and make sure you make him FAST!

Attacks 1 enemy 2 times. Each hit has a 30% chance of placing a (Leech) debuff for 2 turns.

Basic: Fills the Turn Meters of all allies by 15% and decreases the Turn Meters of all enemies by 15%
Ascended:Fills the Turn Meters of all allies by 15% and decreases the Turn Meters of all enemies by 15%. Grants an Extra Turn
Level 2: Cooldown -1
Level 3: Cooldown -1

Increases Ally SPD in all Battles by 19%
