Yaga the Insatiable is a Force affinity epic from the Skinwalker faction. Yaga is a free champion through the Raid Shadow Legends login rewards available after logging into Raid for 60 days. He has a number of poison abilities generally strong for Dragon or Clan Boss however is overshadowed by stronger rares and epics that do the same abilities much better and have a better base defence to allow them to stay alive easier! I would not invest too much in books or masteries for Yaga!
